Sulphur Springs Police contacted 29-year-old Trondamion Andrezhel Cleveland and arrested him on a warrant for Violation of his Parole. He’s being held in the Hopkins County Jail without bond.

Billy Shane McCormick

Officials arrested 41-year-old Billy Shane McCormick of Sulphur Springs at the Adult Probation Office for violating the probation for injury to a child, elderly or disabled person. Bond was denied, and he remains in the Hopkins County Jail.

A traffic stop by Sulphur Springs Police for a defective tail light led to the arrest of a Sulphur Springs man on drug trafficking charges. A search of the vehicle turned up a total of almost 44 grams of methamphetamine, scales, drug paraphernalia, and $1,160 in cash. They charged 54-year-old Terry Lynne Wright with Manufacture or Delivery of more than four but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $75,000.
