The Texas DSHS Coronavirus Dashboard shows that there are 229 active cases of COVID in Hopkins County. The total number of deaths from the virus since the pandemic began is 136. In addition, there have been a total of 5,112 positive and probable cases of Coronavirus since testing began and 4,747 recoveries from the disease.
