Nicholas Arther James Ullman was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Hopkins County has not released any details of the alleged crime, and he’s in the county jail.
Deputies arrested James Arthur Baxley Wednesday in Hopkins County for Violating his Parole. They also charged him with two traffic-related misdemeanors. He’s in the county jail without bond.

Deputies booked Brenda Jelane Graves and Jessic Elizabeth Smith into the Hopkins County Jail on a Van Zandt County warrant. They charged them with Abandonment and Endangering a Child with Criminal negligence.
