Hopkins County Man Sentenced After Violating Probation

Joshua Timmons, 28, of Hopkins County, has been convicted of violating his probation on an arson charge and has been sentenced to 12 years in prison. As part of a plea agreement with Hopkins County prosecutors, charges of injury to a child, elderly or disabled person was dropped.
