Hugo Man Charged with Cattle Theft

Choctaw County deputies arrested a Hugo man after he was caught by a landowner trying to steal livestock from a farm near Soper. Brandon Campbell  is facing cattle theft charges, and deputies are searching for his partner who fled the scene. The value of the cattle was estimated at several thousand dollars.
