Hugo School Closed Today Due To Threat

Schools are closed in Hugo today, while a threat is being investigated. School officials do not believe the threat is credible at this time, but the closure was made out of an abundance of caution. The Boys and Girls Club in Hugo will open at 7: 30 for parents in need of childcare. There was no word on the nature of the threat. Unless the situation warrants otherwise, schools will reopen on Wednesday with an increased police presence where needed.
