Hunt County Man Convicted Of Murder

A Hunt County jury Thursday found 62-year-old Curtis Doys Rust, Jr., guilty of murder. Rust was accused of killing 38-year-old William Shay Sisk at his home in Caddo Mills. Rust had pleaded not guilty in the case and had claimed the shooting was self-defense. Prosecutors did not seek the death penalty in the case.
