Investigation Into COVID Related Fraud

The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas has filed a court order against a Minnesota man accused of selling counterfeit N95 facemasks. More than 100,000 of the made-in-China fakes were seized from a U.S. Customs warehouse in El Paso. Michael Galdo is the district’s coronavirus fraud coordinator.
