Itasca ISD Superintendent Arrested

Harris County authorities have arrested the Itasca ISD Superintendent for Online Solicitation of a Minor. Investigators say, Michael Stephens, 47, engaged with an undercover officer, whom he believed to be a 15-year-old girl, through a social media app. Stephens sent explicit photos, requested nude videos, and spoke of plans to come to Houston for sexual activity. Stephens previously worked for the Mesquite ISD and several other districts in Texas.
