Judge Rules Texas Voters Can Request Mail-In Ballots

A Travis County District judge ruled Friday that all registered Texas voters can request to use mail-in ballots if they fear to catch COVID-19. Judge Tim Sulak issued a temporary injunction easing the definition of “disability” in Texas’ vote-by-mail rules to apply to people who fear for their health by casting ballots in person.
