Jury Selection Begins in Fannin County Public Servant Assault Case

Jury selection began in Fannin County Monday for the second trial of a man accused of pulling a gun on surveyors and a deputy last July at his home in Windom. James Moon, 53, is charged with aggravated assault against a public servant. Moon did not show up for his first trial because of a medical emergency, causing a mistrial to be declared.
