Keystone Pipeline Finished

The Keystone XL Pipeline developer pulls the plug on the $8-billion project from Canada to Texas. But energy industry experts doubt it will have much of an impact on the American economy. UT-San Antonio Professor Tom Tunstall does not think the end of the Keystone XL will affect oil prices either, which hit $70 a barrel this week for the first time since 2018. Canada can still truck the oil to the east, and west coasts, which means the amount of oil on the market will remain stable.
