Kids And Computer/Video Screen Usage During Christmas Break

Kids are out of school for the Christmas break, and many are logging on to their computers. Doctors are warning that excessive screen time can hurt your child. The Texas Medical Association says they’re putting out the warning this week because some kids will spend all day staring at a screen if they don’t have school. Dependence on electronic devices has been increasing over the years, and studies show it can lead to depression and anxiety, sleep deprivation, and obesity.
