Lamar County Adopt-A-Cop Hand Out New Vests

Ten Red River County Deputies and five Clarksville Police Officers have received new bulletproofs vests, thanks to a donation to Lamar County Adopt-a-Cop from a former law enforcement officer in South Carolina. He saw a news story from Channel 6 on the internet about the need in Red River County for the vests. Five more vests, made especially for female officers will arrive within a few days.
