Paris Lamar County Health District reports 1 additional death from the Covid 19 virus. The latest patient to die is a 70 -year-old man. There were also 205 new cases of the coronavirus in Lamar County, bringing the total to 4773 since testing began last March. The DSHS coronavirus dashboard shows 102 deaths from the disease.
On the list of vaccine providers, only PRMC is listed this week in Lamar County and will receive 200 vaccine doses. These doses will focus on hospital front line workers that did not yet receive the vaccine in the first doses allocated.
