Lamar County’s Mardi Gras Big Success

The Lamar County’s Human Resources Council raised over $80,000 at Friday night’s Mardi Gras gala. Money raised at the party will benefit both the Meals on Wheels program for shut-ins over 60 and the Horizon House, a transitional homeless shelter for men, women, and families.
