LeTourneau University

LeTourneau University student-athletes had the opportunity to take part in the 2016 Fall Career Fair put on by the LETU Career Services Department.

Students from all majors and classifications were encouraged to meet with the 60 employers that made the trip to Solheim Arena looking for bright young individuals. LETU students were able to conduct mock interviews, request information about employment, and also inquire about internship opportunities.

Many student-athletes dressed up and looked their best as they make plans for their next step after LeTourneau.

Pictured above are seniors Taber Miyauchi (left) of the men’s cross country team and Seth Walters (center) of the men’s golf team. Both Miyauchi and Walters are engineering majors that met with the many companies that look to LeTourneau to hire the best and brightest engineering graduates.

Also pictured is Graeme Anderson (right) with his former coach, James Wallace. Anderson was a cross country runner and class of 2015 graduate, majoring in aeronautical science. Graeme now works at Textron Aviation in Wichita, Kansas as a maintenance supervisor. Textron was one of the many aviation companies that come to LeTourneau to hire our amazing aviation graduates.
