Man Arrested For Spitting On Restaurant Employee

Marshall Police responded to an IHOP restaurant after receiving a call that a man had spit on an employee who had refused service because of his behavior. The suspect had left before police arrived, but shortly afterward, police received a call from a Whataburger with a similar complaint. They arrested 38-year-old Christopher Gibson for assault.
