Man Killed In Gunfire At Fort Towson

Oklahoma troopers say a Choctaw County Deputy and an OHP trooper responded to a disturbance at Tommy’s Bar in Fort Towson around 2:10 Saturday morning when they encountered one of the men involved in his vehicle in the parking lot. OHP said the suspect had a weapon and exchanged shots, one striking and killing the suspect, Nathaniel Smith, 24. No law enforcement officers were injured.
