NE Texas Man In Wheelchair Injured In Hit-And-Run

A  Northeast Texas woman has been arrested for allegedly striking an elderly man crossing the street in a motorized wheelchair with her vehicle and leaving the scene. Officials charged 29-year-old Ciara Trotter, of Texarkana, with leaving the scene of an accident involving injury. The victim suffered minor injuries to his hands and knees, but his chair was destroyed.
