Upshur County Jail
An East Texas man has been indicted in Upshur County in connection with the crash that killed two recent Harmony High School graduates and injured two others. 23 year old Robert William Frazier of Gilmer was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter and two counts of intoxication assault. Killed in the wreck were 19 year old Haley Johnson and 17 year old Bailee Russell. 17-year-olds Cameron Johnson and Alisha Allen, were injured but survived. Frazier remains in jail in lieu of $500,000 bond
