NE Texas Murder Trial Delayed

The murder trial of a Northeast Texas man has been postponed. Authorities are accusing 29-year-old Jerome Dancer of fatally shooting 25-year-old Tilford Barfield last March at a Texarkana car wash. A hearing has been set for June 4, at which time a new defense lawyer should be representing Dancer. Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty in the case.
