New Mayor Of Paris Named

Paris Mayor Paula Portugal

The Paris City Council voted at this week’s meeting to name Paula Portugal Mayor. She is the first woman ever to hold that position in Paris. Reginald Hughes was named Mayor Pro-Tem. The council went into executive session to discuss ongoing litigation with Paris Regional Medical Center but adjourned without taking any action.
