North Texas Man Charged In Connection With East Texas Fatal Crash

A North Texas man has been arrested in connection with a December crash that killed a woman in Grand Saline. The driver of the pickup, 29-year-old Mark Anthony Ratcliff, of Dallas, crashed into a car driven by 51-year-old driven by Martha Jane Maxfield, who was killed. Ratcliff has been charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide. He was allegedly speeding and failed to yield the right of way.
