Officials Rule On Plane Crash

Officials have ruled that the fatal late January plane crash in Fannin County was intentional. According to the Fannin County Justice of the Peace, Logan James, 23, of North Carolina, died from blunt force trauma after he intentionally crashed a plane stolen from ATP Flight School in Addison. James was the only person on board the plane.
