Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin has banned almost all outdoor burning for most of the state. THe ban covers a total of 53 counties and includes all of the Texoma counties north of the Red River. The ban forbids campfires, bonfires or setting fire to any forest, grass, woods or marshes. The exceptions for the ban include some construction and welding.
