Oklahoma’s New Alcohol Laws In Effect

Oklahoma’s new alcohol laws are now in effect. Liquor stores will be able to sell cold beer and wine. Grocery stores and gas stations will be able to sell chilled beer that is stronger than 3.2 percent alcohol by volume. Liquor stores will be able to sell items other an alcohol, as long as those sales don’t exceed 20 percent of the store’s monthly sales.
