A Choctaw County teen has been detained in connection with a shooting that claimed the life of his older brother. It happened early Friday in Fort Towson. Investigators say a 13 year old boy was playing with a gun went it went off and the bullet killed 18 year old Gavin Freeman. The OSBI is helping with the investigation. The 13 year old boy’s name hasn’t been released.
