Panola County Capital Murder Trial Of Louisiana Man Delayed

Officials postponed the capital murder trial of a Louisiana man accused of killing two Panola County residents until at least May. Marlon Kelly is accused of fatally shooting 18-year-old Shayla Carson, of Waskom, and 21-year-old Dalton Berry, of Panola County. He’s also accused of shooting a third person who survived. The delay focuses on new witness testimony by the prosecution.
