Paris City Council Forecloses On Belford Apartments

The Paris City Council foreclosed on the Belford Apartments at this week’s meeting and the property will go up for auction, with starting bids of $50,000. The council also offered to forgive more than $2-million in penalties for the new owners if they agree to restore the walls of the structure or demolishes it within six months. The city will also officer a $50,000 development incentive.
