Paris City Council To Meet This Evening

The Paris City Council will meet this evening at 5:30 and consider terminating the Tax Abatement with Paris Regional Medical Center. The agreement called for the hospital to continue to operate both campuses for acute care for the terms of the abatement. The hospital could be in default of taxes, penalties, and interest through the 2018 tax year of about $1.137 million.
