Paris police stopped a vehicle in the 700 block of Tudor and made contact with 39 year old Ebony Harrell and 34 year old Elbert Patton. Harrell was arrested on two outstanding Lamar County warrants for a parole violation and manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance. Two handguns were found in the vehicle and Patton was arrested for possession of a firearm by felon and other misdemeanor charges.
