Paris Police Investigating Online App Theft

Paris Police spoke with a victim of fraud in the police department’s lobby Monday afternoon at 3:43. Reportedly, someone had used an on-line app through a bank called Green Dot and gained access to the victim’s account. The suspect eight times made $1,000 withdraws out of the victim’s account. The incident is under investigation.
