Paris Police Report For Friday (Jun 15)

Kaderek Harris

Thursday morning officers responded to the 1800-block of Fairfax in regards to a warrant arrest. They arrested Kaderek Harris, 27, on outstanding warrants out of Lamar County for manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance out of Van Zandt County, and a misdemeanor out of the City of Paris.

Dominik Sanders

At 1:30 Thursday afternoon, Paris Police worked a burglary of a residence in the 500-block of SE 3rd. Officers observed Dominik Sanders, 23, at the house with a bag of items and he fled on foot. They apprehended him in the 600-block of SE 6 and placed him under arrest for burglary of a habitation and a misdemeanor charge.

Branson Woods

Police observed Branson Woods, 25, driving a vehicle in the 1300-block of SW 19th and knew Woods had an outstanding felony warrant out of Lamar County for aggravated assault. Officers attempted to stop Woods but didn’t pull over for several blocks. They arrested Woods and also charged him with evading arrest with a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge.

Yvonne Owen

Thursday evening Paris Police arrested Yvonne Owen, 47, on an outstanding federal warrant for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.

Police worked a burglary in the 500-block of S. Main. A known suspect entered the complainant’s residence and took several items including jewelry and a handgun. The investigation is ongoing.

Paris Police responded to 109 calls for service and arrested eight people over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 am Friday (Jun 15).
