Paris Police Report For Thursday, October 12

Kendall Price Korpus

Officers responded to the 800 block of SW 3rd regarding a disturbance Wednesday night at 11:55. Kendall Price Korpus had entered a room where the victim was sleeping and threatened to kill her. Korpus had then allegedly attempted to gain access to a firearm but was unsuccessful. Korpus was contacted in the residence but would not cooperate with the officers, refusing to answer any questions other than saying he lived there and was reading his mail. He was agitated towards officers as well as the victim. Due to the threats to the victim and fear of further violence, police arrested Korpus for terrorist threats of a Family Member or Household. They took him into custody and booked him without incident. The victim requested an Emergency Protective Order.

Officers made seven traffic stops, arrested one adult, and answered 86 calls for service on Wednesday, October 11.
