Paris Trash Pickup Information From City Sanitation Office

City crews will be out collecting trash today but cannot complete today’s regular route due to the closed landfill. Not being able to unload at the landfill affects the amount of trash crews can collect. While the roadways are clear this morning, city crews will collect as much trash as the trucks can handle until the roads become too dangerous to travel. We project that approximately half of Tuesday’s regular route will be collected. For the remainder of this week, we will continue our regular pickup where and when possible, but please be patient as we try to catch up following today’s limits. It may result in us picking up your trash a day or later. As, and if, weather conditions change, we will provide new information.
