Paris Wallet Thefts from Shopping Carts Increase During Holiday Shopping

In the last two weeks, Paris police have investigated 10 different theft incidents in which wallets are being stolen out of shopping carts. Most of the incidents have taken place at WalMart and the suspect uses their debit/credit cards before leaving the store and going to other places. The department has a suspect and is working to secure warrants for this person.
