Pauls Valley Regional Medical Center Closes Doors

A financially troubled community hospital in southern Oklahoma has closed its doors. Pauls Valley Regional Medical Centers had narrowly avoided closure last month when the hospital got enough funding to pay overdue health benefits and the salaries of 130 employees. The nearest hospitals to Pauls Valley are in Purcell and Arbuckle.
