Plea Bargain Results In 5 Year Sentence For Hopkins County Woman

44 year old Amy Michelle Branch reached a plea bargain with Hopkins County Prosecutor Clay Harrison on 2nd degree felony drug charges. She was sentenced to 5 years in prison after pleading guilty to possession of more than 4 but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance.
