A Lamar County man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for hitting a vehicle and killing a Lindale man in a n Upshur County wreck. 48 year old Wayne John Glover of Roxton pleaded guilty to manslaughter, agreed to the sentence and waived his right to an appeal. 46 year old Donald Gene Scott of Lindale was killed in the crash. Prosecutors say Glover wasn’t paying attention, was using his cellphone and did not hit his brakes until after the collision
