Second Annual Candy from a Cop Halloween Extravaganza for Trick or Treaters Tonight

The second annual Candy from a Cop Halloween Extravaganza for Trick or Treaters at the Paris Police Department lobby will be held tonight between 5 and 7.  Officers and 911 dispatchers will be handing out candy and goody bags containing helpful safety tips and trinkets promoting the message that 9-11 is the number to call for help.
