Sherman Killer Gets Another Reprieve From Execution

Convicted killer Andre Thomas of Sherman has received another reprieve from execution. A court condemned him for the 2004 stabbing deaths of his estranged wife, the couple’s four-year-old son, and her one-year-old daughter. The court’s decision gives defense attorneys more time to prove that Thomas is incompetent to stand trial. Thomas has gouged out both of his eyes and ate one of them.
