A new cargo spacecraft that will go to the International Space Station has been named in honor of an astronaut who was killed in the East Texas space shuttle disaster of 2003. The spacecraft will be named the SS Rick Husband and will launch from Cape Canaveral on March 22. Husband, who was an Air Force test pilot, was a graduate of Texas Tech University.
