Steed Named Precinct 4 Justice of the Peace

Lamar County Commissioners have appointed Jimmy Steed to the next Justice of the Peace for Precinct 4.  Steed will replace Ken Ruthart, who has resigned and plans to retire on June 1. Steed is currently with the Paris Police Department, where he serves as Captain of the Patrol Division.
