Stipend Approved For Paris ISD Teachers

Paris ISD trustees have approved extra stipend payments to teachers because of the extra work involved with remote learning. Teachers find themselves working almost around the clock to record daily classes, grade their work, and meet online with students and caregivers. Money for the stipends will come from positions budgeted for but not filled by the district.
