Sulphur Springs Arrests Decatur Woman

Sulphur Springs Police arrested Nichelle Vining of Decatur Thursday morning and charged her with unauthorized motor vehicle use. She turned out to be Sharlyne Kay Vining wanted by Palo Pinto County for failure to appear on a resisting arrest charge. The owner reported the vehicle stolen around 3:22 Thursday morning from the 300-block of East Industrial Drive.
