Along with routine matters, the board approved the following:
Quarterly Investment Report for 3 months ended November 30, 2016.
Comprehensive Annual Report on Investment Activity for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2016.
District auditors, Rutherford, Taylor and Company, presented the Annual Financial and Compliance Report for the year ended August 31, 2016. The district received the best opinion of “Unmodified”.
High School campus improvement plan for 2016-17.
Six-year plan to upgrade district security cameras.
Over-spraying of Middle School track.
Settlement, as presented by mediator, for the Sulphur Springs Middle School moisture issues.
