Sulphur Springs Man Jailed For Sexual Assault

Hopkins County Deputies arrested 42-year-old Charles Edward Horne, Jr., shortly after midnight Tuesday at his rural Sulphur Springs residence on a warrant charging him with Aggravated Sexual Assault. The alleged victim notified deputies of the assault on Monday and further investigation led to the issuance of the warrant. Bond was set at $100,000.
