Sulphur Springs Teen Killed While Working On Vehicle

Officials found a Sulphur Springs teen dead Monday afternoon, and authorities believe he died while working on his vehicle on FM 1567. Hopkins County Deputies say it appears that 18-year-old Darrell Puckett was working under the vehicle when the jack slipped and he was crushed.  There are no indications foul play, but a routine autopsy has been ordered.
