Texas Attorney General’s Lawsuit Over Mail-In Voting

Texas has sued to prevent more than two million registered voters in the Houston area receiving applications to submit their ballots by mail. Harris County recently announced plans to send all registered voters the application, regardless of whether they qualify to vote by mail. Usually, Mail-in voting is for those over 65, disabled, and those out of the county on Election Day.
